I'm always a little leerie of these offers, but from reading the fine print, it seems pretty harmless. I already submitted my request for one, and it asked for no credit card/billing information. The fine print states they may call you for a brief (no more than 15 minutes) survey on the product shortly after you receive it. They state they will call maximum of 3 times if they don't reach you the first 1 or 2 times.
